As we continue to celebrate our 70th Anniversary as a parish, we will be developing a Parish Directory Picture Book. Individuals, couples, families and parish groups will be asked to schedule a time to have their picture taken to commemorate this wonderful occasion. Scheduling will begin soon and photographers will be in the parish the first week of May. Keep a lookout for more information regarding scheduling and pictures.
Celebrating our 70 years of history as a parish, we will be celebrating the people, our faith and our memories on May the 1oth 2023 with a Mass presided at by Bishop Dowd in the church followed by a Gala Dinner at the Caruso Club. Socks are something everyone needs but rarely get donated. We are collecting socks for the homeless community in Sudbury. All donations will be given to L’Association Des Jeunes de la Rue. Discover Development and Peace’s People and Planet First campaign Since last September, we have been advocating for Canada to adopt due diligence laws to prevent Canadian companies’ human rights and environmental abuses abroad and to help affected communities access justice. Join us as we continue working on this issue this year and help us mobilize new members so that together we can put our faith into action and build a more just world. On the 6th of January 2023, St. Patrick's Parish will remember its 70th Anniversary as part of a year-long celebration beginning the 1st Sunday of Advent 2022. The 70th Anniversary Organizing Committee has many events and occasions planned to commemorate the parishes long history in the south end of Sudbury.
